Qualifications & Background "My first area of study was in Fitness and Personal Training. Being a yoga practitioner since I was 14, I naturally taught Yoga before turning my life on it's head, by taking up business studies. I am a qualified Trainer, Assessor and Mentor, ocassionally teaching business management at Swinburne University in Melbourne. I trained intensively for 8 years with Caroline Myss in Chicago and Australia, so I am also an accredited CMED Sacred Contract Consultant. I specialise in Precognitive Therapy, which utilises psychological archetypes and the philosophy of chakras for greater wellbeing. As a prolific reader of philosophy, psychology and compliementary therapies, I constantly update my knowledge base. I love to learn on the run and so far, I've enjoyed studying and training around Australia, in Indonesia, London, Findhorn-Scotland and Chicago.
Numerous forward thinkers like Alan Cohen, Carl Jung, Isabel Myers, Robert Johnson, Hal and Sidra Stone, Caroline Myss, Stephen Covey and Julia Cameron have been a major source of inspiration. My work with clients and students has evolved into a strong theoretical framework and holistic methodology that helps to align physical energy with spiritual values. Working with your archetypes and chakras and your sacred contract enables profound self exploration that deals with your hidden, unknown, forgotten or ignored parts, allowing you to explore your creative potential in body, soul and spirit. It can be used to retrieve energy from the past or to explore future possibilities. Knowing it is possible to offer clients and students tools for self understanding, empowerment and spiritual awareness is deeply enriching and enormously satisfying. Gail Goodwin trained for eight years, studying with CMED (Caroline Myss Education) and co-founded the Caroline Myss Institute Australia where she then directed the Archetypes and Sacred Contracts Training Program for over five years. For more than 30 years, Gail has enjoyed bringing out the best in people. Gail regularly teaches Personal and Professional Development, Archetype and Chakra Training, and the IICT Accredited Soul Purpose Facilititor at the Abbotsford Convent, in Melbourne, and the Yarra Valley, Victoria, Australia. Hidden somewhere inside everyone, there is an extraordinary potential and a higher purpose to be found.
